"Turns out the hard drive problem was more serious than we first thought. It had to be replaced. Luckily we were able to temporarily get it working long enough to back things up before it corrupted all the information again. A special thanks goes out to Brad and the team at Entech Computers in Fort Myers, FL for working with us and getting us back up and running in a shortened time frame.
